— at least 3 years of work experience in positions related to processes involving the secondary processing of oil.
— experience in practical work involving process control from a central control panel (CCP) and skills as a field operator.
— knowledge of the theoretical foundations of oil refining processes
— the ability to work with technical documentation
— skills in managing the technological process, carrying out equipment repairs, and starting up and shutting down installations.
— participation in the procedures for preparing to start up technological equipment and in starting it up during the commissioning phase.
— participation in verifying that the installed equipment and pipelines comply with the technological diagrams and installation drawings; conducting inspections and walks around the installed equipment and pipelines; participating in compiling lists of identified installation defects.
— performing locksmith work (installing and removing plugs, shut‑off, control, and safety valves, gaskets, blow‑off fittings, connecting flexible hoses, etc.)
— carrying out gas‑hazardous work
— monitoring the technological process via the operator’s automated workstation
— knowledge and compliance with the requirements of the technological regulations, technological instructions, equipment operation instructions, and the requirements for occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection when carrying out work.
— maintaining operational documentation (operating sheets, shift logs, logs recording the mileage of dynamic equipment, etc.) within the scope of responsibility.
— monitoring the operation of equipment on site during periodic inspections
